This company provides you with fee-based electronic faxes. You can set up a # for people to fax to, that will email you a PDF, and send faxes through your computer. This group is owned by j2 global communications - - who I had trouble with before. J2fax installed these very sticky programs in my computer that could not be eliminated. Evidently they bought efax, and efax is adopting the same disregard for their customers.
The efax people have a good idea but a terrible infrastructure that is seems to be very nasty for their customers. I ran into some technical troubles, and they just couldn't figure out why efaxes were being emailed to the wrong address. They did nothing to resolve the problem. In the process I realized:
I switched to Ringcentral - -which seems to be a higher quality group.
