I hosted my dizziness-and-balance.com web site on edatarack for about 2 years. I had an awful experience. Every month the site, email or something would go wrong. Generally, with no warning. Sometimes I would find my site had been off-line for several weeks, and I had to contact them to get it back. They claim 99.5% uptime -- but in my experience, perhaps 80% is about right.
Contacting support is easy but getting a useful response is almost impossible. Nobody at edatarack will answer the phone. Emails are either absent altogether or unsigned.
At the end, they crashed again, and they told me (incorrectly) that I was taking up too many resources. Then they unilaterally disconnected my business website. What an irresponsible group ! It seems that they don't really offer unlimited transfer -- they connect but they certainly don't serve.
I would STRONGLY advise putting anything you care about on an edatarack server.
